Meet Tracey Taylor: The Architect of Change

“Tracey. She’s not just a leader. She’s a force“

- Rochelle Moffitt

For over two decades, I have transformed businesses, cultures, and leadership teams. I help organisations turn challenges into opportunities, building futures where people and purpose drive progress.

From growing up in South Auckland to leading in the C-suite, my journey is about defying expectations. My leadership is guided by a simple but powerful mantra:

He tangata, He tangata, He tangata
It is people. It is people. It is people.

I lead with aroha, blending strategic brilliance with a deep understanding of what makes people—and businesses—thrive. My expertise in cultural transformation and leadership development allows me to reshape organisations from the inside out, creating high-performance environments where everyone belongs.

As an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and high performance, I actively serve on boards as Chair or Independent Director in the Not- For Profit and Commercial space. Driving change not just in the boardroom, but throughout my communities.

My approach is simple:
Turn problems into possibilities.
Lead with purpose.
Transform businesses with heart and strategy.
